From one meeting to work that gets done.

Four steps, the same for a client review or a month-end.

Four steps from a meeting

  1. Start a meeting

Upload the recording or your notes after any call. No bot needed.

    Client review, Tuesday, 40 minutes.

  2. Everyone adds theirs

Invite who was there; each adds their notes, and every line shows whose it was.

Ana adds her notes from the call.

  3. Approve the next steps

AI drafts them; you approve, and each gets an owner and a date. A step can go to your team, or to a pro who quotes.

5 next steps: 4 to the team, 1 quote from an editor.

  4. Keep it going

Late steps get followed up until they are done. Anyone you invited can start the next meeting.

Reminder sent: Ana’s step is two days late.

Under the hood

Every request, from a meeting or anywhere else, takes the same six steps. A new use needs new data, not a new mechanism.

  1. Event

Something happened: a message, a delivery on a channel, a schedule, a read from a connected tool.

"Dinner on Friday with new people?"

  2. Fact

What is known, with its source, who may see it, how long it holds and who consented. A change is a new row; the past stays.

New in town, free on Friday evenings, open to meetups.

  3. Goal

What a person or a company wants: a kind, a window, a place band, a budget band and a result that can be checked.

Six people and a table, Friday evening, under 200k each.

  4. Plan and route

Steps, and for each step a route: a model, a connected tool, the browser, a person inside the organisation, a person outside, a partner, or a call you consented to.

Invite people open to meetups; ask a restaurant for a table.

  5. Proposal

The one unit of action, between people and assistants alike. It is approved, run automatically under a policy you can read, or refused.

"Table for six at 19:30, 150k each. Accept?"

  6. Receipt

The verified outcome, and the only measure of success: what was asked, who did it, what it cost. It is what your business page shows the next client.

Dinner for 6, 900,000, each owes a share.

Money rides the same path

Nothing is paid through massrelay. When a pro quotes, you approve and pay them directly; the record keeps the agreed price. Budgets slow the assistant down before they stop it.

Channels are doors

Channels are doors into the first step. A request can arrive by web, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, email, LINE, WeChat, SMS, Lark, Teams, Messenger or voice; which of these are open today is on each scenario page.

Every combination, the same six steps

Who it is about, what starts it, how a step is done, how it is checked, who pays and who sees it. Change a cell and the loop stays the same. For architects and IT.

Axes and the values each can take
Subjectperson, workspace (personal or organisation), organisation unit (nested), installation
Triggera person's message, a channel delivery, a schedule, a goal, a connector read
Routemodel, cascade, connector piece, browser operator with handover, person inside (chain, pool role), person outside (partner pool), partner, consented call
Verifierchecker, connected data (sheet, CRM, CI), a person, attendance, an external published result, a signed receipt
Payerthe asker, the workspace, a sponsor grant, a split, a room allowance
Audienceme, my workspace, friends, everyone (the same mask on every surface)
Channel in/outweb, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, email, LINE, WeChat, SMS, Lark, Teams, Messenger and Instagram, voice

Fourteen scenarios

The tag on each scenario is read from our feature tracker when the site is built. Built means every part it needs is built. Partly built means some are. Coming means most are not yet, and the page says so in the future tense.

Partly built

Food and beverage owner, revenue goal

You will set a revenue goal and your assistant will run the plan, hand steps to your salespeople and report the result from your own sheet.

Partly built

Language teacher and the pupils

A teacher will be found on the directory, parents will get a room per pupil, and progress will arrive as receipts.

Partly built

Hyrox training group

A goal with a window will find your training partners, open a group room and bring in a coach on a split bill.

Partly built

Find a rental

Your assistant will search listings, call landlords with your consent and bring you viewings to decide.

Partly built

Hiring intro

You will ask for a hire, your network will vouch, and a trial task will prove the fit before anyone is committed.

Partly built

Open-source maintainers

A review room will recommend reviewers from their skills and history, and continuous integration will be the checker.

Partly built

Family care circle

Not open yet: the clinical pack is switched off. A members-only room will share tasks with an escalation ladder and record who owes what.

Partly built

Neighbourhood errand

A small errand will be posted with a price and an acceptance window; a neighbour will take it, and there will never be a fee on free work.

Partly built

Corporate group with subsidiaries

A parent will set policies and budgets by unit; subsidiaries will inherit narrower rules; receipts will roll up the chain.

Partly built

Self-hosted installation in a hub room

Your own installation will join a hub room as a linked guest, and its receipts will be signed and checkable anywhere.

Partly built

Affinity run club, where lawful

A host will set a lawful filter, take RSVPs up to a cap, record who owes what and count attendance as proof.

Partly built

A partner rents GPU nodes to a room pool

A partner will list a node for a room's pool; the served-by line will name it and the partner's share will be recorded on a statement, not credited.

Coming

E-commerce support

Not open yet: commerce is parked. Customers will write on WhatsApp and the assistant will answer within what it may share.

Coming

The ask card

Not open yet: the app has no screen for it. A room will publish its bot-drafted ask under the owner's exposure and the right helpers will find it by match.
