Terms of service
The rules for using massrelay, in plain words.
Who we are
massrelay (massrelay.ai) is a workspace where a team turns its meetings into one shared record and next steps. These terms are an agreement between you, or the organisation you act for, and massrelay. By using massrelay you agree to them.
The service
massrelay is in early access. Features may change, and some are labelled as coming. We tell you before a change that takes something away you pay for.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe and tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite.
Your content
What you bring, including recordings, notes, transcripts and files, stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide massrelay to you and the people you share it with. We never use it to train AI models, and never sell it. Our privacy page says what we collect and how long we keep it.
Recording and consent
You must have the agreement of everyone you record, and follow the recording laws where each person is. Our note-taker says so in the call before it records and leaves when asked. Nobody is quoted in a record until they agree.
Acceptable use
Do not use massrelay to break the law, to record people without their agreement, to harm or harass anyone, to send spam, or to try to break or overload the service.
Other services and pros
massrelay connects to services such as Zoom, Google, Microsoft, Notion, HubSpot and Salesforce; their own terms apply to them. A freelancer or firm you ask for a quote is independent of us. Any agreement and payment is between you and them; nothing is paid through massrelay.
AI output
AI drafts summaries and next steps. It can be wrong. Check what it drafts before you approve or share it; nothing goes out until a person approves it.
Fees
Prices are on our pricing page. We tell you at least 30 days before a price you pay goes up.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why unless the law stops us.
Liability
massrelay is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not let us limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. We tell you about an important change before it applies; the date at the bottom shows the last change.
Governing law
Governing law and the courts for disputes: to be set after our legal review. Until then, write to us first and we will try to settle any problem directly.
